Awarded to fabricated, install, and testing of winch for LA BODEUSES dregdging vessel. Location of work at PT Idros Services Batam Indonesia.

Hydraulics system uses of SS316 tubing material and need to chemical cleaning, hydrotest, and flushing to ensure no contamination to the hydraulics oil.

The job will be complete in 2 weeks from the material fabrication, bending, joint, instal, hydrotest, cleaning, and flushing. Estimated manhour consumption is 10000 manhours.

PT Kiat Global Batam Sukses awarded to instal of outfitting compact semi submersible.  During execution some of problem noted such as clashing to others member, waiting work sequence with others party , and availability material in the yard.

The project was finished on April 2012 and contiinue  to next awarded for manpower supply. Thnaks to all manpower support to this job..
